Well, I have this rendition of "The Birdcage" that I do when I'm alone and..........well, nevermind.

And Bobby moves to the top of the list of umpires we don't want to have working at U3 with us.

Uh, Bobby ... U3 is HARDER, not easier ... unless you're in the U3H position (where we put an umpire to hide him, and have U1 work regular 2 man mechanics except for 3rd base). I suspect maybe you've been the hidden umpire in someone's game.

sweet! i made the top of the list! ball's hit to SS...run your arse off across the infield. throw to first, out. turn around and jog back. repeat. ball's hit in the air to the outfield, if it's your ball, go out on it, if it's not, run your arse off across the infield. Ball's caught, jog back. repeat. Ball's hit somewhere that U1 has to go out on, revert to 2 man. play ends, jog back. repeat. Yes, there are some rotations, but y'all are making it sound like rocket science...

Maybe because you seemed to indicate you thought it was the soft spot, when it's the opposite.
