Spend the extra money on a good mask, one that is light. I recommend the Gerry Davis mask or the one from Honigs. A great place to buy one now is on ebay as some umpires are retiring and getting rid of their stuff. Others will sell it like me to get some money back to buy a new one for next year. Anyway you go, you need to buy the best for your own protection.
