Time?

Runner on 2B (doesnt matter). Coaches from dugout yelling time, but make no move to mound, ect. No players request time. Do you grant the time or simply wait for pitcher to step off?

The coach can request time. If there's nothing going on, grant it and ask him what he wants. Who knows, he may even believe the rule that says he can't leave the dugout until you grant time.

Sure. Why not? Then I see why time was being called.

Hey Rich, let's let him keep believing that rule exists. Maybe we can extend it to the team bus or parking lot?

It actually exists in LL - not sure about any others.

You could "adapt" OBR 3.17 to mean that.

NCAA 5-2-c could also mean that.
