Rules ??

Let me start off by apologizing because I am a first year umpire and have misplaced my rule books due to moving. Fed rules. Can a pitcher re-enter the game as the pitcher if he is pinch hit for?

Yes, F1 can reenter.

But I think he's specifically asking whether he can return to pitch, and the answer is Yes.
