Source of Quote

I am looking for the source of a quote that I heard / read about some time ago regarding how three different umpires call balls and strikes; I seem to recall the first umpire said he called balls and strikes according to the rule book; the second umpire said he called them how he sees them; and the third umpire stated matter of factly they were what he called them.
