The NCAA rule book lists them, but doesn't detail them.

Go to http://www.ncaa.org

track down through sports - spring

(The URL is a gazillon characters long)

The 2006 Baseball Rule Differences (BRD) written by Carl Childress compares NFHS, NCAA, NAIA & OBR (MLB rules).

You can buy it at: Officiating.com for $24.95
