Thanks Doug. -50 but these holidays kill losing weight.

I will spare everyone a "speedo" shot but am planning a new "photo op" in January and will change up my photo at that time.

I need to lose 40 more pounds by start of our high school season (03.17.06).

You inspire me.

I started the Zone yesterday, which seems pretty similar to what you're doing. I'm doing 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein.

Lifted weights for the first time in ages. Sore as can be today, but it's a good sore.

It's day 2. I'll see if I can keep it going as long as you.
