First I want to thank Peter, Tee, and T. Aggie for answering my last question on certain legalities involving our avocation.

I was doing a little snooping around today and found this article on an umpire who won a huge courtroom decision.

I only wish I had thought of it first!

Tim.

The article was dated August 11,2000. I
wonder what happened when Disney appealed?

Here is all I could find so far concerning the appeal. Disney was apparently trying to settle out of court with Stracick and Russell.
