Cool

R1 is scoring on a double but he misses 3rd & home.
He realizes he missed home & beats the tag.
Can the defense appeal that he missed 3rd?
I thought that once a player touches the next base he can not legally go back & touch that base?

Under FED rules, when the play is over and the ball is dead, the umpire is suppose to call the runner out if any base is missed. No matter how many bases are touched after that. In OBR or NCAA rules, the defense can appeal any base from my understanding. And if they base was missed, you call them out. That simple.

Peace

As the little guy on Laugh-In would say. "Very interesting".
