Windbag strikes again.

First he says: "There is no Case Book for OBR."

Then, when shown to be wrong, he says: "There is no separate Case Book for OBR." as if that's what he said in the first place, and uses his position atop a high horse to belittle those who he deems fools and/or unworthy to comment.
