The DH #11 for Team A is batting for the catcher #24. The DH #11 gets a double. Can #24, the catcher, go out and replace the DH as a pinch runner?

Yes.

The role of the DH is terminated for the remainder of the game. #11 has left the game and may reenter if he is elgible to do so.

#5 can't come in for #24 because he was originally playing third in the 4 spot of the lineup, and must return to that spot.

So #1 - #4 and #6-#23 and #25-#99 can be substituted for #24.

There isn't a post missing, but I suspect DG may be missing something upstairs.
