Papa C each and every year your BRD comes in mighty handy with the "latest and greatest" as far as keeping up with the differences in the rules with Case Play analysis.

As you have noticed on this Forum and others as well, there are many questions on

1. When is the ball dead, delayed dead
2. What are the proper Base Awards

There is a Dead ball Table in the 2005 FED rule book on pages 36/37 and a base award table on page 51.

To my knowledge there isn't a similar table for OBR. I don't have an NCAA rule book so I can't answer for them.

Do you think for the 2006 version you can incorporate a Dead ball; base award table with appropriate rule refernce and also give some case plays contrasting the difference. Ie; On a blk the ball is immediately dead in HS not so in OBR.

Thank you
