Anyone see the Colorado game when Helton threw his glove on a bad throw from the pitcher to try and knock it down?

Would have love to seen what would have happened if he actually hit the ball with it. I'd bet my house that half the people on the field would not have known there was something wrong with that.

no did not see that, but did see Pujols in the bottom of the eighth, swing with two strikes at a breaking ball that sounded like it hit something (bat/ground) before it was caught. Umpire immediately signaled Pujols out. I have a DVR, so I slow-moed it and could obviously see it hit the ground. Hey, we all make mistakes, even the big dogs.
