Maybe I just do not get it, but does this say if the pitcher count of free trips restarts with a new pitcher or do you continue with the original count?

Free trip count never resets. 3 freebies in FED & NCAA, 4th trip and every trip after that in FED & NCAA (in regulation play)the pitcher goes...
