One more question (if I haven't exceeded my limit). In Fed on an infield fly do you vocalize "batter's out" or only "infield fly"? Any difference in OBR?

On page 70 is the correct mechanic for signaling IIF (mechanic F) and yes you do vocalize. I use "infield fly, batter's out." Or if it's close to the lines of fair/foul you must say something to the effect: "infield fly if fair." Might check out 2-19, on page 21 as well.

OBR: They use the mechanic and probably just say "infield fly."
