Haha, i could only see one reason why GK put that question here (assuming GK is either foreign or not very swift with baseball).
Don't think of the word "Official" as an umpire / authority figure in the title of this forum: The Official Forum [for] -> Baseball Like the "offical" fan club of Baseball. Ok, maybe i'm stretching this a bit..... My apologies if i insulted your intelligence, GK.
