I would appreciate any help on the cheapest place to buy OBR rule books for our Rec umpires. We will need about 40 copies.

Do a google search fro NAtional Baseball Congress.

Theuir web-site has books -- about $2.00 each for the quantities you want, iirc.

Bob,

Some youth organizations, Dixie as an example, specify the Sporting News edition as the "official" version. The use of any other book is prohibited by regulation.
