Well,

Usually we get an "out of date" one from an MLB umpire friend.

Remember we ARE NOT talking about the book that MLB will send you upon request. We are talking about what was once called "The Red Book" or the "The Blue Book" which is a private document for MLB umpires.

This book has not only specific interpretations but a written version of all ground rules for all MLB parks.

It is a fun document.

IF you are referring to the "media" document MLB will send it too you at no cost.

Tee
