You are, of course, more accurate in your wording, and more consistent with OBR. However, four out of five posters to this topic typed the more commonly used expression, "Dropped Third Strike." We all know this MEANS "uncaught third strike," but I disagree that it is more commonly spoken (or typed). If this wording clarifies the rule for someone that is good, but it's just semantics, and all the same in the end.
