Serious violation? If so, then call interference on the coach and get an out. Otherwise, warn him not to do that anymore, and if he does, call interference and get an out. If he is so stupid to keep doing it, then just keep calling interference, and get an out. If you run him, you can't get outs for coaches interference anymore because his replacement will not be so stupid.
By the way, if a 3B coach runs to within a foot of home plate, I have interference, and the runner is out, whether he is tagged out or not. If tagged out, then at least any other runners can not advance because of the interference call. And since the coach is so close after the call I get to explain interference to him, rather quickly.
