Ball Lodged in Fence
FED Rules. Bases loaded. The pitch hits in front of the plate, bounces over the catcher's head and lodges in the backstop. Umpire calls dead ball. Am I correct that runners all move up one base from the time of the pitch? Can anyone give me a rule reference?
