I know. I edited my post above but was too slow. Umpires around here still tote around the 2014 edition. It was still a balk back then, however.

It is annoying that my association wont provide a print version and the only digital example is a pdf. All of the FED books are on Kindle. I still have a few games left this year and will upload the pdf version to the kindle app now. I have not had any rules issues, fortunately. The rules don't change much.
