Dimensional help and input needed...

I own a small machining/fabrication shop and have recently come upon the opprotunity to quote the construction of some referee stands.

I'm looking for dimensions for an official stand. I have access to a stand at our local school that I can go to and measure it up, but more importantly, I'm looking for feedback from the oficials who are in the trenches day in and day out.

Is there anything lacking in the standard design that you all wouldn't mind seeing in the next one you climb into? Any safety concerns? How about comfort? The idea of a seat came up and I was hopint to get your take on it all. I figured that there isn't a better group of folks to ask what is needed or what should be removed than to ask the people who live in 'em...
