Umpire mechanic for scrimmage kick?
Under NFHS 5-man mechanics, what is the correct position for the Umpire?

I understand should be 4-7 yards back, but should he favor any particular side (Line Judge or Linesman)?

Question because I've read that he should pivot toward the LJ to observe blocks, so do you think he should favor the LJ side?
