Cooperstown Dreams Park attendance question

I am suppose to attend CDP in acouple weeks. I am going to fill a teams requirment, not on my own.

I have changed jobs since I agreed to go, and really can't go. I can, but I really shouldn't.

Does the team get penalized in any way, if I do not show up?
Do I get penalized in any way?
