I came across this in a downloaded version of the 2015 ASA Case Plays. It was greyed out on the document as I saved it.
Was there any kind of statement on this? I don't get the Case Play book or DVD so was curious about it.

The pitching distance for Women’s Modified is the same as Men’s Modified at 43 feet?
Ruling: Yes 43 feet is the correct pitching distance for both men and women in the game of Modified Pitch.
