Actually, I have a TV in my room. My cable account (Comcast) was set up by my son, who is a sales manager at Comcast. The Old biddies usually watch their programs (mostly soaps) in the living room. Sometimes they get in trouble if they fall asleep while watching, unless they've renewed their nap permit.
BTW - thanks for the Chanukkah wishes. Here's a Christmas joke: What do you call someone who is afraid of Santa? A Claustrophobic.
