The hold occurred during a running play. The spot of enforcement on defensive fouls during a running play is the end of the run (this is in general...the NFL has exceptions upon exceptions to enforcement spots). In this case, the penalty is enforced from the 6 yard line...in this case half the distance to the goal...and an automatic first down (part of the penalty).
