Take a look at 12-3 and casebook 12.3 sit B.

If in the judgement of the R1 the spectators' actions are abusive or interfere with the match, then you suspend the set and have game management deal with it.

If yelling "miss it" at the moment of serve is illegal as stated in the case book, then I certainly think yelling the server's name would be as well. Personally, I will not tolerate any comments that specifically single out a player either by name or number - I will suspend play and have game management deal with it immediately.
