At the team bench, what can the assistant coach do:

* A. Use an electronic device to record and review with players.
* B. Use an electronic device for statistical purposes.
* C. Use an electronic device for video recording to be used only after the match.
* D. Both B and C.

Is there a reference for this, or is the answer "ask your state?" (I'm pretty sure the answer here (IL) is D.)
