I believe it happened between the 9 & 5 minute mark in the 1st half.
I believe it should have been a violation on Virginia with the balling going to SU and a reset of the shot clock due to the violation.

I recall the play and could not understand why a single person (player, ref, coach) did not react. To me it was obvious that the ball went upwards through the hoop, even causing the net to flip. I replayed it in slow-mo about 5 times and could never discern which player was the last to touch it. To me it looked as if opponents touched it equally.
I think Reggie Miller (announcer) mentioned it briefly as the team was heading upcourt.
