Doug Shows
Back on January 13, one of Alabama's beat writers tweeted that Doug Shows was scheduled to work the Alabama/South Carolina game but was a late scratch due to delay with an airport shuttle bus accident. He added that he was okay.
I noticed on bbstate.com that he has not worked a game since then. I was hoping that someone might know if he is okay because it is highly unusual for a veteran like Doug Shows to have that big of a layoff in the heat of conference play. I hope that he was not badly injured.
