oh yeah, I'm an islander and someone should do research on tendencies of nfl referees. Whether it's unconcious or not a little bias is not a good thing. This url is on the betting side

My point of view: no matter the country, the sport, the culture, gamblin' exists. I don't want to espout my views, but there are many things in our culture that is such an oxymoron thing and gamblin' is one of them.
Officiating professional sports seems like a closed society and not open to the general public and that is one the reasons there is so much angst between the public and referees.
I don't want to go on and on. The info I'm seeking is not a state secret or for the defense of a country.
I just wondered about tendencies and if I could find a relationship with some good ole database analysis.
