Mike, got to disagree with your...
assessment of where the ball is when it cannot be handed forward:

For Casebook 7.3.2


COMMENT: The position of the ball determines whether it is behind, in or beyond the neutral zone. If the entire ball is beyond the neutral zone when it is released, it is forward handing. (2-19-2,3)
