You might try finding someone to re-do the hem of your current pants so that they'll fit the newly-skinny you.

Dry-cleaning places will often have someone who can do alterations, and the cost is usually pretty negligible.

That's what I did a couple of years ago after I lost about 40 lbs, and I managed to get 4 pairs of pants altered for less than the cost of one new pair.
