Quick way to remember DPI enforcement for NCAA:
Umpire starts at the previous spot, starts walking toward Team B's end zone. He stops when he reaches the first of the following three spots:
1) 15 yards from the previous spot
2) the 2-yard-line
3) the spot of the foul

Two exceptions: when the previous spot is from the 2-yard line on a standard scrimmage play, or on a try from the three-yard-line. In those cases, enforcement is half-the-distance.
