I checked out the website out of curiosity and the last time I wore navy blue pants to officiate a basketball game was when we were still wearing blue and white striped shirts with a navy blue Bryon collar, and white shoes for women's college games. And we had our choice of wearing navy blue pants, shorts, skirts, or culottes. I preferred the culottes myself,  .
