Off top of my head I'd say to add press coverage (new lead help), last second shot, loud voice, and expand on consistency (calls, putting ball in play, subs), stay with shooter, when to move ball side at lead. Decide who takes what in paint (split lane in half or by the book)

Personally, I wouldn't worry about visual appealing and concentrate more on content. I'd arrange them logically and add a small diagram as someone earlier suggested; Can fit a lot more that way.
