2 options:
Option 1: Fouls offset, repeat the down.

Option 2: B can decline the penalty for A's facemask foul and take the result of the play after enforcement of B's holding penalty. Since B's foul occurred in the end zone... safety, 2 points for team A.

"But jTheUmp" the Team B coach whines "we got the ball with clean hands, why can't we keep the ball?"

"Shouldn't have held in the end zone, coach"

I suppose it's also theoretically possible that B would decline A's foul AND A would decline B's foul, resulting in 1-10 for Team B at the B-5, but I'm unable envision a 'real-world' situation where Team A would elect that option.
