3rd strike dropped/infield fly chaos going to 1st
Since most of what I UMP is regular rec council level, not regional/national/school ball level..I have even told the batter as she enters the box if its an infield fly situation or if its a "no go" 3rd strike dropped situation, just to avoid having the batter/runner running all over the place when she is already out. These kids are 10-15 years old. Some of them just won't catch on to the more complicated rules.
