Legal in LL. Legal in OBR. Legal in college (NCAA).

The move shown is illegal in High School rules. The HS rule reads: "Jumping, hurdling, and leaping are all legal attempts to avoid a fielder as long as the fielder is lying on the ground. Diving over a fielder is illegal."

In LL SLIDING head first is illegal but this isn't a head first slide.
