I go by... if it doesn't say you can’t ...Then you can

If this is true, then a player could fumble a ball forward purposly if he sees a team mate ahead of the play.


He could try this but might not have too much luck seeing as how those footballs love to take crazy bounces and might not go in the direction he’s intending
