Evaluating
Hey there my friends.
I was asked to do some evaluating and most of the Officials are better officials then I ever was. But now I am not officiating and much older then I should be so am asking for some pointers you may have for me. I have been an assignor for some years and know what I like to see in an official. Well that's about it to this point.
