I watched this program to get a feel for what umpiring is like at the highest level. I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend that not only all umpires watch this program, but also that it be required for youth coaches and players to watch. It really brings the humanity back to the image of the umpire and may lead to greater respect and fewer confrontations once there is universal understanding that the umpire is not there to stick it to you.
