Geez!! I only need the rule book in PDF even with a password locked PDF document that we can put on our website. We're not going to "steal" anything. We don't need the services or goods ASA provides because:
1. We ain't sanctioned in any way, we're a bunch of 65 years plus guys that would like access to ASA rules.
2. We don't need insurance.
3. We don't run ASA tournaments
4. We don't use ASA umpires, we use our own under our own insurance.
Our intent is no to take anything away from ASA. If anything we promote ASA by using their rule-set and advertising such.
What would be the logic to us signing up with ASA when all we need is a copy of their rules for a website.
By the way, the apps ASA is promoting won't post to a website.
