Let The Pot Shots Begin ...

Additions, deletions, corrections, changes, etc., are always welcome.

Note A: The definition of goaltending does not include the phrase "not in the cylinder" per current NFHS rules, something that I strongly disagree with, but nevertheless, is the current rule.

Note B to my Constitution State colleagues: "Fashion Police" rules for headbands/wristbands, and sleeves (arm, and leg), are in two separate paragraphs, per NFHS rules, unlike the rules that we use here in Connecticut that lump them together, thus, in Connecticut only (as far as I know), head, and wrist bands, along with leg, and arm sleeves, must all be the same color.

Note C to my Constitution State colleagues: The new free throw provisions listed do not include the IAABO, and/or Connecticut only, provision that no opponent occupying a marked lane space shall break the plane of the free throw line until the ball touches the ring, or backboard, or until the free throw ends, because the NFHS has not clarified this IAABO, and/or Connecticut only, addition to the current rules.
