I did not ask...and yes, I should have. The score was 43-8 and the game was not nearly as close as the score indicates.
My quick assessment was that I was the only person in the gym who knew he was probably wrong and everyone was accepting the call. I made an "executive decision" to just move along.
When I get home tonight I will have my wife give me 50 whacks with the rule book as pentence.
