PA Announcer
Quick Question:
If NFHS states that an announcer cannot "announce" while the clock is running...
When would the announcer "announce" a NON-EMPHATIC 2 pt. or 3 pt. goal?
[Not that I really care, but last night there was a big disagreement with the site AD and the girls Varsity Officials, before our BV game, on this subject.]
Also, GV Official threatened with a Technical Foul??
