VT vs PSU - 1 and 1 or not? VIDEO
Here's a situation where it appears only ONE player on BOTH teams realizes the situation......
On the second, wide angle view, notice the officials reaction. It's easy to see the L and T's reaction, and the C holds his hands up later indicating one and one. Kinda bizarre.
