The referee shall:
1) Introduces partner, captains, coaches
2) Addresses the head coaches with the following in question and response form:
a) Can we expect good sportsmanship from everyone involved?
b) Are your team members legally equipped, not wearing jewelry, and will they be wearing their uniforms properly?
3) Address other appropriate issues, if necessary
